We get to meet you and understand whether we are a good fit. Then we confirm scope, client context, and how you want us to show up. We'll talk through deliverables, talk 16:9 or 9:16, confirm raw vs edited delivery and collect all the info we need.

2. Pre-production
We handle all pre-production, so you don’t have to. From logistics and risk assessment to studio sourcing, crewing, kit spec, shot lists and call sheets, we take your brief and manage everything end-to-end while keeping you informed.

3. Production
You can be as involved - or hands-off - as you like. We arrive with Netflix Certified cameras, and experienced crew. Handling the technical setup and interview direction, shaping responses on set so the story lands as well as it looks.

4. Fast, Reliable Delivery

We're UK-based and regularly travelling for shoots. Our primary area is London, however we have completed jobs all over such as Dubai, Brussels, Madrid and closer to home in locations such as Leeds, Birmingham, Brighton, Glastonbury, Dublin. We can go anywhere.

Yes. We often work behind the scenes or as a client-facing partner - whichever suits your setup. We're comfortable representing your agency on set or operating fully white label.

If you want us to, yes. We can handle contributors and on-set direction directly while keeping you in the loop, or work entirely through you.

As much or as little as you like. Some agencies attend the shoot, others stay completely hands-off. Most regularly we'll have a single agency representative or crew from in-house team join us for a shoot - totally up to you.

This works best for agencies producing interview-led content for corporate brands, leadership teams, case studies, testimonials, and internal communications. Often this style of content is also used for advertising brands on socials through bulk shooting methods too.

Delivery timelines are agreed in advance in a planning call. Raw footage can be turned around quickly, often same day. Edited delivery a little more complex, we schedule it to fit your campaign or content plan.

We don’t script answers, but we actively shape responses on set to ensure clarity, confidence, and strong narrative flow - without making contributors feel coached or unnatural. Conversational directing skills are the key to unlocking great stories, that's our specialism and you can leave it with us.
For entirely scripted workflows, we offer teleprompter-led services, making your talent appear as confident and well spoken as they are.

Yes. We’re set up to support repeat projects and ongoing relationships. As an agency ourselves, we understand the importance of consistency, reliability, and ease of delivery across multiple clients.
For teams producing regular interview content, we can also structure longer-term working arrangements where it makes sense.

Book a short partner call. We’ll confirm fit, talk through a typical shoot, and see whether it makes sense to work together.

If you’re an agency looking for a reliable, client-safe interview production partner, this call is the next step.
We’ll talk through your typical clients, how you like to work, and whether this is a good fit. No pressure, no pitch - just a straightforward conversation to see if it makes sense to collaborate.
